For Indoor Performances: Schools,
Libraries, Theaters etc.
The area needed for stage, props, musical and sound equipment would
be a floor space of 20 feet wide by 12 feet deep. A minimum 7 foot height.
We need access to the performance area 2 hours prior to show time and
90 minutes following the show (for setup/breakdown of equipment.)
One electrical outlet required.
For Outdoor Events: Fairs, Festivals etc.
We need access to the performance area, a minimum of 3 hours prior to
showtime (for the set up of tents, stage, sound and musical equipment
etc.)
For single or multiple day events, the daily load in/out of certain
equipment, vehicle
access, anchoring of tents etc. could be discussed in further detail by
phone.
One electrical outlet required.
